Issue/Introduction

Under RACF, WARN MODE can be put on a PERMIT. Does Top Secret have the same functionality?

Resolution

No. There is ACTION(FAIL) on a PERMIT to treat the permit as though it's FAIL mode, but no ACTION(WARN).

WARN mode can be permitted to an ACID, but this puts the ACID in WARN mode, which is not recommended.
