Librarian LAM406I error doing Cobol Compiles after applying UI90155

Issue/Introduction

After IBM maintenance was applied which included some Cobol 6.3 fixes, Librarian is now issuing the following error message when compiling programs-

LAM406I ===> FAIRREC LOGIC ERROR; CONTACT  CA-LIBRARIAN SUPPORT              

Non-Librarian compiles seem to be working fine.

Cause

PP 5655-EC6 IBM Enterprise COBOL for z/OS  6.3.0   PUT level P230505  Fails -

IBM APAR PH51050: IGYCB7104-U

PTFs :  UI90155; UI90156; UI90157 

 

Resolution

The problem only occurs when using the COBOL compile TEST option and Copy Books are being resolved from Librarian Master files using the SUBSYS=LAM option.
