Stack/Message printed in VNM.OUT after upgrading to 22.2.9

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading DX NetOps Spectrum to version 22.2.9 we are seeing a message when the SpectroSERVER is started

Could this message indicates a problem with the SpectroSERVER?

Cause

The message/stack in VNM.OUT it is for debugging purposes in Service Manager code.

This message is printed by default.

Resolution

This message/stack is benign and it can be safely ignored.

It is planned to be addressed in future releases so this is not printed by default.
