scheduled report arrives very late with blank contents

Issue/Introduction

I have some performance reports scheduled for a specific time in the ReportScheduler portlet. 

They are arriving almost an hour late - and the content is blank.

Release : 20.4

Resolution

This is resolved in UIM/OC 20.4 CU8.
