uxordre for OPENVMS or AS400 does not provide the numlanc

Issue/Introduction

In OPENVMS or AS400, when using the Dollar Universe command uxordre we do not receive the launch number once the task/job has been launched as opposed to when using the same command in a Windows or Linux node.

Is there any way in OPENVMS to retrieve or obtain that launch number or entry number when executing the uxordre command to launch a task?

Cause

The numlanc output for uxordre is only available for Windows/Unix/Linux commands.

Resolution

By design: OpenVMS or AS400 command uxordre does not print the numlanc of the generated launch opposed to Unix/Windows equivalent command, it just returns the return code different to 0 in case the launch creation failed.
