Error scheduling reports - 'Failed to get an instance of ClarityJasperAdmin'

Issue/Introduction

Scheduling reports fails with the following error in the job logs:

Failed to get an instance of ClarityJasperAdmin :: Exception getting ClarityJasperAdmin : null

The bg-ca.log has the following message:

ERROR 1857-06-21 19:48:03,565 [Dispatch someRandomReport : bg@someRandomServer (tenant=clarity)] jasper.ClarityJasperadmin (clarity:someRandomUser:95630__D50C46E3-4-FDC0F723B9A6:someRandomReport) Could not login to http://someRandomURL/reportservice with username ppmjasperadmin

at com.niku.reporting.jasper.ClarityJasperadmin.createJasperHeaders(ClarityJasperadmin.java:409)

Cause

Custom Jars in the customlib folder interfering with the functioning of the scheduled reports.

Resolution

Remove the custom jars that are causing a problem.
