DX OI application is down and user are not able to login as we are getting authentication error.

Issue/Introduction

DOI login page is thronging an authentication failure error. We have checked the application and all primary checks, however issue is still there. Attaching the dxi adminui pod logs for reference.

Release : 21.3

Resolution

- Get the IP address of X.X.X.X

- Make a host alias on the incident management pod something like below spec:
  hostAliases:
  - ip: "127.0.0.1"
    hostnames:
