Data Collector showing repeated  

DBG21026I DPB2 00:02:00 HISTORY: UNLOAD REQUEST POSTPONED

messages.

The Stats file shows as 100% full and not archiving even though the archiving time for all is set at 00:15am

 

Environment

Release : 20.0

Resolution

Writing excessive IFCID 96 records to History 
caused the unload to reach archival thresholds faster than the offload jobs could run. 
Thus stalling. 
Removing IFCID 96 records from History collection resolved the issue.
