Can we upgrade the Infrastructure Agent (or other components) on the DXP without upgrading the whole platform

DX platform upgrade related documentation is as below,  for upgrades these are the steps to follow:

Yes, you can upgrade the Agent without upgrading the whole platform. You can use the latest agent package in case of on premise version. 

 

But you need to contact support to get the latest agent bundle separately. You cannot get them from agent download option.
