hci returns "No such file or directory"

Issue/Introduction

Since upgrading to 14.0.2, we have had an error message that has no impact on a positive result but is confusing users:

hci -b broker_name -en project_name -st state_name -p package_name -vp /view_path/ -cp client_path -eh ~/.hpass -s '*' -ur -op pc
sh: line 0: cd: Ã: No such file or directory

Environment

Release : 14.0

Resolution

An Efix was provided.  If you see the same problem, please contact support.
