Issue/Introduction

The customer wants to confirm the CloudSOC is NOT using TLS 1.1 and if there is no fallback to 1.1 or lower version.

Resolution

CloudSOC TLS profile is configured only to accept TLS 1.2 and above. This includes the UI, API and communication with SpanVA
