Issue/Introduction

Unable to use Symantec VIP desktop app during testing. When Yes is selected on the “Enable all VIP credentials”, those are not seen. When No is selected on the “Enable all VIP credentials”, the check box is seen.

Resolution

This is working as designed. Refer to the Help section for an explanation of the behavior. If YES is selected, all the credentials are enabled for that Jhash. To enable specific credentials, select NO and choose from the list.
