Issue/Introduction
Post in-place upgrade of AdminUI v12.8 SP3 to v12.8 SP7 adminui services fails to start.
Environment
Release : 12.8.07
Cause
R12.8 SP7 upgraded AdminUI standalone.conf file contains M characters
Resolution
Resolution Steps
1. Navigate to upgraded AdminUI location and open the standalone.conf file
2. Remove all the M characters from the standalone.conf file
3. start the AdminUI service
