Issue/Introduction

I need to turnover our ASM account to a colleague

How do I make another user the owner and superuser of the account?

 

Environment

DX ASM SaaS

Resolution

1) Change for the master account from user A to B

2) user B can reset the password.

You can login and confirmed OPMS stations are still up and running.

3) OPMS are using API token and password change is not required until newer version of the OPMS will be install.

4) Changing the contact for the master account does not affect any other ASM functions
