How can I subscribe to Notifications for the CA Workload Automation System Agents?

Issue/Introduction

We would like to receive notifications when new releases, patches, etc.. are available for the CA Workload Automation System Agent. How can we subscribe for these notifications? 

 

Resolution

To get Notifications on your products, follow the below steps.

1. On the support site first login. Then click on your user profile menu. This is located in the upper right corner of the support portal.
2. Select Notification Settings.
3. In the "Search by Product Name" field (right side of screen), type: System Agent.
4. Select the type of notifications you would like to receive for the product you would like to receive them for.
