Page Limit Error API-1012 occuring on idea page view

Issue/Introduction

One user was getting an error trying to load the ideas on Modern UX:
ERROR 2023-06-22 16:12:30,996 [http-nio-80-exec-1864] ppm.rest (xxx:yyy:zzz:PPM_REST_API) RequestParamParserHelper :: Page limit [500] is outside of allowed rage [1]-[200].

This was trying to load the idea page "grid" view and therefore could not see any ideas.
On screen this message was:
Could not load view columns.

 

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Cause

The problem was caused by a view corrupted for the user.

Resolution

Followed steps in KB article to drop the view:
