Unable to use a subset of stations in ASM Env

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce :

1) Edit a monitor.

2) Set the algorithm to random, and select US stations.

3) Save and activate

4) view logs and I see non-US stations running the monitor

5) Click edit again and it's set to all public stations

Resolution

Engineering has found the issue and it is fixed It needs to be tested and deployed as a hotfix on 6-28. Customer response:

Just checked with one of our monitors and the issue appears to be resolved.  We were able to save US only stations.
