Tenants are missing in the Cloud Management Portal of Cloud SWG

Issue/Introduction

The view of Environments and Subscriptions in the Cloud Management Portal (CMP) of Cloud Secure Web Gateway (Cloud SWG) does not show all of a customer's tenants and licenses.

Environment

Starting June 23, 2023, Cloud SWG tenants and serial numbers are being moved into the CMP in a phased migration. In general, migrations are completed on a per-customer basis; however, it is possible for some items to be moved independent of others.

Resolution

The absence of a Cloud SWG tenant from the CMP does not impact the Cloud SWG functionality. Only the self-service ability to add new subscriptions will be unavailable.

If necessary, open a case for assistance with assigning subscriptions during the transition.
