Charts refreshing issue in JasperServer 7.9 Dashboards

Issue/Introduction

We can use the charts to drill down the dashboard as expected, however, some charts are not refreshed even when we click on "undo all"

Environment

Release : 17.3

Cause

Defect with JasperReport server 

Resolution

The TIBCO team confirmed that their engineering team has fixed this defect in 8.3.0v of Jasperserver. 

From the Service Management side, we need to wait for this version to be released first and then wait for the version to be verified and supported with the Service Management application.
