RHEL 8.8 DUAS node does not stop

Issue/Introduction

When installing older DUAS versions on recent RHEL versions (8.8, stream and higher) the node can't be stopped with the 'unistop' command.

The process uxdqmsrv remains active.

Only when using 'unistop force' the node stops. 

Environment

Release: DUAS v6.10.21 and lower

RHEL / Centos 8.8 and higher
