How we can proceed with M365 Monitoring

 1 > What is the best practice to Monitor Microsoft 365? ASM vs APM?

 2> If we follow the APM route:
        Do we need to install the agent on one machine or all machines?

3> For ASM route what is the preferred method?
       How will we capture regional data using this method?

Environment

• Release: 23.1

Resolution

For APM :

You only need to install one agent in the infrastructure that will connect to Office 365

For ASM:

Webdriver monitor would be the way to go.

But there are some limitations regarding the login:

• 2-factor authentication of any kind is not supported
• Single sign-on is supported only with SPNEGO/Kerberos authentication scheme. This requires an OPMS with some custom setup.
