Issue/Introduction

When I access the Operator Console in UIM 20.4 I see "Data access error. The data requested for this page is currently unavailable.". 

Cabi is published via F5 Load balancer.

After logging into CABI directly, all reports and dashboards are working fine. 

 

The following are bugs in the browser's developer tools:

DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://Cabi Server/cabijs/client/visualize.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE visualize.js:294 Successfully logged into jasperserver.

POST https://<OC Server>/cabi/api/folder-info 404

Environment

  • Release: 20.4

Resolution

The issue was resolved after the network team turned on the OneConnect feature on the F5 load balancer.
