Issue/Introduction

The Effort spent is not populating on the Project Tile or the Status Report, what would be the reason for this?

Resolution

The Effort metrics on the Status Report are the actual Effort labor actuals (i.e. timesheets posted by resources).

Prerequisites for the Effort Spent to be updated

  1. Make sure there are posted timesheets on this project
  2. Make sure you run Update Investment Allocations job (recommended to be scheduled every 1h)
  3. Now go to Status and create a new Status report 

This should display the Effort correctly with the Actuals on this project. Example:
