Issue/Introduction

After upgrading my Datacom 15.1 version, I am seeing differences with the output from DBUTLTY REPORT MEMORY=MVS, and I would like to know if there was a solution or fix that changed this, and if it is a problem.

Before my upgrade, this is the report for each MUF listed:

MUF NAME  STATUS  REL  JOB NAME JOB ID   CXX NAME DC ENBL-MDHMS USER     COMMENT

CEM1MUF  ENABLED  15.0 CEM1MUF  STC71842 CEM1MUF  AD 0621193917 CEMSTC
ENFX     ENABLED  15.1 CAIENFT  STC71835 ENFX     AD 0621193934 CAIENFT  ENF

Then, after, I see these comments:

MUF NAME  STATUS  REL  JOB NAME JOB ID   CXX NAME DC ENBL-MDHMS USER     COMMENT

CEMEMUF  ENABLED  15.0 CEMEMUF  STC71842 CEMEMUF  AD 0621193917 CEMSTC   PC=?
E09X     ENABLED  15.1 CAIENFT  STC73451 E09X     AD 0626130604 CAIENFT  ENF PC=P

Is there a reason or a specific APAR responsible for this? And what does PC=? mean?

Environment

Release : 15.1

Component : Datacom/AD

Component : Datacom/DB

Resolution

The change to introduce that PC=P and PC=? was made in LU07677, as part of CARS2211.

Once you complete the upgrades to the MUFs and get them to a more current version, PC=? should show PC=P or PC=T to reflect either the PROD or TEST usage as defined in the DBSIDPR setting PC={PROD|TEST}.
