Issue/Introduction

When checking the integration table in the Oneclick web page -> VNA integration, we see various different "last successful sync" dates.

Only one domain has a recent sync date and it seems to sync daily:

 

We assume everything is working correct because when we trigger a sync manually the "last successful sync" date updates to now. We are wondering what triggers this sync and are unsure if everything is working as intended.

Resolution

The last sync time represents the time that Spectrum received the last update from VNA for that domain. If there is no update in last 24 hours the last sync time will show yesterday’s time.

The last sync time is updated in two situations:

1- When updates occur at VNA side, and VNA notifies Spectrum;

2- When you run manually a sync from OC page;
