Issue/Introduction

Could you tell me how to get details of the error we get when connecting to a remote MQ as a client.

The remote MQ has username and password authentication and also has TLS security.

When activating DEBUG in the agent I only get the message:

[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.MQMonitor] ConnectionManager:Failed to instantiate Queue Manager:2397 MQRC_JSSE_ERROR for the configuration instance [default|#.#.#.#]

Resolution

The problem is with your cert use for SSL.
