WAS recycle needed after PTF LU07491 applied? - 14.0 Web Viewer

Issue/Introduction

User having issue saving certain pages in Web Viewer, PTF LU07491 was applied and LLA was refreshed for the load library. User is still having the issue, does anything else need to be done like recycling the Liberty server task?

Resolution

The answer to your question is, yes. PTF LU07491 updates module CAHVRPTD in the load library. That module is only loaded once by Web Viewer (the loaded copy is reused from that point on). So, you need to recycle your application server for the updated module to be reloaded.
