CA TDM Portal Upgrade from 4.10.117 to 4.10.203 failing

Issue/Introduction

While trying to upgrade CA TDM Portal from 4.10.117 to 4.10.203, we are seeing the installation fail with the following error:

Error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.  Custom action DeleteFoldersDuringUpgrade script error -2146828218, Microsoft VBScript runtime error: Permission denied Line 12, Column 6, MSI (s) (00:84)

Environment

Release : 4.10

Resolution

Try restarting/rebooting the machine to remove the lock on the folder.

If the installation still fails, we will need to install the Microsoft Sysinternals Process Monitor utility, to see what folder is causing the problem.
