Issue/Introduction

Xbrowser not opening new tab

CA PAM accessing the third-party Web Application Silver Peak - Unity Orchestrator and click under Administration with right button and this opens a Menu that shows "Open Link in New Tab" instead of opening the new link open the main screen.

Cause

Checking the file the C:\Program Files (x86)\PAM Client\logs.log found that message YYYY-MM-dd hh:mm:ss ERROR - Connection to host [address.domain.com]:[port] forbidden by XSuite web portal access policy   com.ca.xsuite.launcher.d.C.error [XPST1693]  indicating the url that Web page needs to redirect but is not allowed in Access List from PAM.

Resolution

Edit the TCP/UDP Service involved in the configuration and add this address in the list of "Access List" allowing to redirect to this address.
Click in button Restart Session under menu Access and open a new connection to device to test.
Now the new tab should open because you can do the redirect.
