MUX - Users get blank screen when accessing Ideas if they only have OBS Idea - View right to Ideas

Issue/Introduction

MUX users are navigating to MUX Ideas but they get a blank page. They have the search bar at the top and the View Options but they get no grid view at the bottom.

Steps to Reproduce:

 

1. Use one of the existing OBSs or create new OBS and associate to Ideas object.

2. Ensure this OBS can be used for Access rights.

3. As Admin create one or more idea and assign to specific OBS unit.

4. Create a basic user with below rights only:

a. Idea Management - Navigate (Global)

b. OBS Unit right for Idea - View and select same unit to which you assigned the Idea created in Step 3.

5. Login as basic user to MUX and notice Blank screen and no Ideas can be seen.

 

Expected Results: It should allow user to see Ideas for specific OBS unit.

 

Actual Results: It does not show any ideas.

Resolution

DE70505, It is no longer reproducible in 16.1.3.

Workaround: Assign Ideas - Create from Template right.
