Setting the Event Capture TrigLVl to Normal will prevent Normal Status notifications EXCEPT for the instance where the status first changes back to Normal from a Problem or Warning status. In that case, a notification of the change back to Normal is sent. The Normal to None notification change was due to the end time being set a minute before midnight to 23:59:00 instead of 23:59:59, which would have taken it to the end of the day.
