Unable To download sysinfo file when using config user credentials

Issue/Introduction

Log into the PAM Configuration URL (https://<appliance name>/config/index.php?feat=diagnostic) with config user credentials.  The download of SYSINFO does not occur as discussed with screenshot #1 and screenshot #2 below.

Environment

Release : All supported PAM releases

Cause

Config Credentials cannot be used for this download.

Resolution

Log in to the PAM client as  "super" user or as Global dministrator then use the "System Info" ==> then the "Download System Info" icon as shown below.
