Connection between environments using Migration Xpress

Issue/Introduction

We are going to do a migration to the Virtual Appliance 14.4 (we have Virtual Appliance 14.3) with the Migration Xpress tool. We would like to know what connections and ports must be necessary to do the migration between the source system (the previous version) and the target system (the new version). We know that at least we must have a connection with both User Store and Provisioning Store, but we don't know what additional ports and connections we must allow to do a correct migration of the data.
