Task Date update takes long time when we have large amount of assignments on the task

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Create a Custom Investment object.

2. Create a custom investment instance on the newly created object in Modern UX.

3. Create few tasks and assign 15K resources to the tasks.

4. Once the assignment is complete, try changing the tasks finish date to a later date

 

Expected Results: Date changes quick enough. 

Actual Results: Date update takes more than an hour to complete. If customer makes another update meanwhile it will cause database blockings.
