CA 2E commitment control throwing MCH3601 error

Issue/Introduction

The Commit Control flag was ON i.e. set to Master in function options of function and journaling on file was not ON then the change incorporated by the customer was causing the model to error out with MCH3601 error at run time while executing the function.

 

Environment

Release : 8.7.1

Resolution

When the Commit Control flag is ON(Master/Slave) on function options of 2E for the function, the corresponding file should be in a state of journaling. 
If the file was not journaled then we can not use the commitment control feature.
