In Hierarchies page, Actual Cost is not populated

Issue/Introduction

The Investments added to Hierarchies have actuals against them, but all the monthly columns in the Financials tab of the Hierarchy shows 0 for the investment.

Resolution

There are 2 ways to update the financials in Hierarchy
1. Open the Cost Plan of the Project included in the Hierarchy with the Actual Cost column configured in the detail page and the financials in the hierarchy page will be updated. 
2. Run the job - Update Financial Plan Actuals and Forecast
