Feature Request - Clone option should include 'destination' folder where permissions are assessed

Issue/Introduction

An ITMS administrator needs to create a folder functioning as reference repository of items (e.g., jobs or tasks) to which technicians in their organization to have read-only access but wants to clone those items and save them to a designated folder other than one to which they have read-only access, so that the technicians can use these items as references without being able to make changes to the folder serving as the reference repository,
