Carriage return is not retained in RTF field with Export to CSV

Issue/Introduction

When the text within a Rich-Text Formatted (RTF) field has a carriage return, the new line is not retained when looking at the data in Export to CSV. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to a grid and add in a column for a RTF field
2. In some records have data in this RTF field that has a new line / carriage return 
3. Export to CSV 

Expected Results: The formatting of the RTF field should include the carriage return (new line) with Export to CSV. 

Actual Results: The carriage return is not retained in the RTF field with Export to CSV. 

Workaround: None.

This is fixed in 16.1.3 and in Release 16.1.2 Patch #1 (16.1.2.1)
