Status Report PDFs are getting indexed in Lucene search engine

Issue/Introduction

Lucene Search engine will also index files that are not meant for indexing such as PDFs and CSVs from MUX

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. In MUX Status Reports
2. View and Publish Status Reports

Expected Results: The files not to be indexed as they are not searchable

Actual Results: PDF files are being indexed by the Search engine
