Issue/Introduction
We want to install EEM 12.6.5 Software to integrate with SOI 4.2 CU4.

Cause
Not Certificed
Resolution
Engineering confirmed EEM 12.6.5 is currently not certified yet with the latest version of SOI 4.2 CU4.
We are currently working on a future release of SOI 2.4 CU5 which will include certification for EEM 12.6.5.
As of now, you must use EEM 12.6.4 which is shipped with the CU4 Installer and it is the version required by the product.
