Issue/Introduction

When accessing RDP for telecommunication monitoring platforms Alarm sound not audible. A problem has been reported regarding the accessibility of telecommunication monitoring platforms through CA Privileged Access Management (PAM) system. When accessing these platforms through the RDP from CA PAM, the critical alarm notification sound is not audible. However, when accessing the monitoring platform directly from the Windows Server, the alert sound can be heard.

Resolution

We don't have an option to export the sound from RDP connection using CA PAM, currently CA PAM RDP client does not support audio functionality.
