Why is there a difference in the total number of timesheets between the pages?

Modern > Timesheets > 'Review & Approve' page and the
Modern > Timesheets > 'Timesheets' page

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

Resolution

The pages are not supposed to match due to filtering.

The totals are different on the Modern > Timesheets > 'Review & Approve' vs the 'Timesheet' pages

Modern > Timesheets > 'Review & Approve'
Shows users that are 'Open for Time Entry'
and additional resource filter(Resource,Resource Manager,Resource OBS).

Modern > Timesheets > 'Review & Approve' 
Shows users that are 'Open for time entry' and additional filters set by the user.
