Issue/Introduction

Transaction trace view is showing zero for few application node

error message from agent log as below

 [WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Somebody had requested caching already, this should not happen, transaction trace is discarded

Environment

Release : 10.8

Resolution

If any one of the EM servers (em collectors) one of trace directory is 100% utilized, empty the folder and restarting  the EM service.
