Email sent with CALL objects are missing attachments in Automation Engine 21.0.6

Issue/Introduction

Call (Notification) Objects are missing the attachments in Automation Engine 21.0.6.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a simple CALL Object, type Mail and select attach Reports for &UC_CAUSE_NR
2. Trigger the CALL from e.g. a JOB
3. The mail will not include the attached Reports
