Idea Subpages Are Not Visible in Classic UI

Issue/Introduction

All ideas subpages that are in a particular partition are not appearing for a user.

 

 

Environment

Release : 16.1.1

Cause

This can be due to inactive partitions.

Resolution

Check to see if the partition is active or not active from Administration > Studio > Partition Models.

The following query to find out about the partition models 

select a.code, a.created_date, a.created_by, a.last_updated_date,
b.code, b.ui_theme_code
from
CMN_PARTITION_MODELS a,
CMN_PARTITIONS b
