Maintenance mode and database blocking issue

Issue/Introduction

The maintenance_mode probe was recently restarted to avert an MS SQL Server DB blocking issue as reported by the DBA.

Environment

• Release: 20.4 CU6
• MS SQL Server 2019

Resolution

• Checked the maintenance_mode.cfg and found that the memory was set to the the OOTB default which is VERY low.
• Increased memory from java heap min/max of 512/1024 to 2048/4096 for the maintenance_mode probe.
• Cold started maintenance_mode (Deactivate-Activate)
