IDM Cannot Find AD Object on Domain Controller Causing Mailbox Provisioning Failures

Issue/Introduction

 

Following error occurs during net new AD user creation, which causes Exchange role provisioning failures:

20230614:040607:TID=0022d4:D: Unable to set Group Membership
20230614:040607:TID=0022d4:D: Reason: The operation couldn't be performed because object '<hostname>/- Intern
20230614:040607:TID=0022d4:D:+al/<user>' couldn't be found on '<hostname>'.]: failed to add eTADSAccountName=<user>

Environment

Release :  Identity Manager 14.3

Cause

Due to connector server cache issue

Resolution

Restart connector server
