There are a few users that are unable to see Action Items on the MUX My Workspace.
However, the same users are able to see the action items on the Classic UI. What can cause the Action items not being visible in the MUX?
A faulty process generated an action item that preventing them to be displayed in MUX
In Classic UI, Action items menu start acting upon the open action items one by one
Each time an action item is dealt with, refresh the MUX MY Workspace Action items menu
Once the faulty action item is dealt with, the rest of action items will display in MUX
