With CEM (Compliance Event Manager) 6.0, the Datacom MUF starts, however, when starting CEMERTR, the following errors occur:
CEM0707E CEM ROUTER - Unable to load module ECA0STOW RC = 00000004 RSN = 00000401 Flags = 4002
CEM0702E CEM ROUTER - Unable to load module ECA0STOW
Release : 6.0
- First, ensure that library CEM CCEMLOAD has been APF-authorized on the volume that it resides on. You can find this in the started task output:
IEF285I xxxxxx.CEM.CCEMLOAD
IEF285I VOL SER NOS= vvvvvv.
To check this, from the console, you can issue D PROG,APF.
- If this data set is APF authorized, then the next thing to check is for a permission issue. Do you know if the security jobs have been run on this LPAR? In the jobs you should see something like:
TSS PERMIT(cemacid) IBMFAC(CSVDYLPA.ADD.) ACCESS(UPDATE)
TSS PERMIT(cemacid) IBMFAC(CSVDYLPA.DELETE.) ACCESS(UPDATE)
where 'cemacid' is the ACID associated with this started task. This ACID must have the proper authority to dynamically add ECA0STOW to LPA.
