Need a PTF & all associated PRE/CO requisites - How to build download package?

Issue/Introduction

We are upgrading our CICS to CICSTS 5.5.  Looking at the software compatibility matrix, it looks like CA-Dispatch 11.7 needs PTF SO06882.  

I cant seem to find this PTF and the area to get the CO's and PRE-requisite PTF's.  I need assistance in getting this PTF and the CO requisite and PRE requisite fixes.

Resolution

You can only build the PRE/CO requisite package from your download cart. Not by directly downloading the PTF itself.

Below, I have provided a link directly to SO06882 as well as instructions on how to build a complete PRE&CO requisite .zip file installation package:

Process:

- After accessing the PTF & seeing the .BIN file, check the "add to download" box around the middle of the line/screen.
- Scroll back to the TOP of the screen and you should see a 1 next to the down arrow (download) button, top/right.
- Click that download button and a new "Download Manager" screen will open.
- On the Download Manager screen, turn on the "Do you want a complete package for all" indicator which designates:

  > A complete solution package with all dependencies (co-reqs, pre-requisites, etc) will be created <

- Click the blue "start download" button, top/right.
- Choose your download method (HTTPS) or (SECURE FTP) and click the blue download button again.

The resulting download file will be a .zip file that should contain any PRE/CO requisite PTF's required by SO06882.
